Kamishihoro

Kamishihoro (上士幌町 Kamishihoro-chō) is a township in Katō District, in the north of Tokachi Subprefecture. Some 76 percent of the land is mountain or forest, a large part of it within the Daisetsuzan National Park. Tourism is one of the main industries.

In 2006, Kamishihoro had a population of 5,442. It has a land area of 696 km².
